Cheesy Lime Beer Bread

This recipe is so easy & tasty!

Cheesy Lime Beer Bread

  • 3 cups flour(sifted)
  • 3 teaspoons baking powder (omit if using Self-Rising Flour)
  • 1 teaspoon salt (omit if using Self-Rising Flour)
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 (12 ounce) bottle/can of Bud Light Lime
  • 4oz  of Cheddar Jack cheese shredded
  • 1Tbsp Lime juice
  • 1/4 cup melted butter

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix the dry ingredients. Then add the beer, cheese & lime juice. Pour into a greased pan. Pour melted butter over the top. Bake for 1 hour.

Note: if you prefer a softer bread mix the butter throughout. The way this recipe is it will yield a “crusty” outside & soft inside.
